Cake Flavors
Basic Cake Flavors: Rich Chocolate, Mexican Chocolate, French Vanilla (white), Yellow, Spice, Lemon, Gingerbread.
Deluxe Cake Flavors: (add $3) Carrot, Strawberry, Blueberry, Coffee, Mocha, Pink Champagne, Peanut Butter.
Basic Frosting Types: Classic Buttercream, Chocolate Buttercream, Whipped frosting, Italian Buttercream*, Chocolate Italian Buttercream*, Merengue*, Lemon, orange.
Deluxe Frosting Types: (add $3) Cream Cheese*, Chocolate Cream Cheese*, Whipped Cream*, Peanut Butter.
Fillings: It is $6 to add a new filling to your cake up 14" round. We offer such fillings as raspberry, strawberry, caramel, ganache, etc. You may instead add fruit or nuts to buttercream or whipped frosting to make an excellent filling. Suggestions include: walnuts, pecans, almonds, strawberries, halved marachino cherries, mandarin oranges, pineapple, peaches, etc).
There is no extra charge for chocolate/classic buttercream filling or if you use your cake's frosting as the filling. One-layer cakes such as sheet cakes do not include filling. If you would like the cake torted and filled, there is an extra charge: $3 for the same frosting as covers your cake or $6 for filling.
Special Toppings: Cakes can be topped with Rolled Fondant or Ganache* for an extra charge.
Other: We also do Tres Leches* cake or rum cake. It is $6 extra on a cake up to half sheet or 14" round. We can torte a cake for you for $6 per cake up to 14" round or half-sheet.
